The work Desobedientes 18/98 by Tanttaka Teatro tells the story of case 18/98 trial to the university, and from the university to the world, transporting us to the foundations of civil disobedience, exploring how it functions and explaining its necessity and relevance in today's society.

Ainhoa, who recently earned her doctorate in Political Science, defends her doctoral thesis before an academic tribunal, a thesis that addresses civil disobedience as a valid and necessary form of struggle in our democracies, while using examples laden with meaning to recount the decisive imprint of civil disobedience on history and in claiming civil rights for humanity.

In parallel, the work thrusts us into the heart of the controversial mass court case based on proceedings opened by Judge Garzón, summary proceedings 18/98, in which we see the trial of various individuals who upheld civil rights through a foundation linked to social movements.
